Naked Prosthetics

PIPDriver

The PIPDriver is designed for individuals who have an amputation through the middle or distal phalanx. This articulating, body-powered prosthesis helps restore finger length, enhances fine motor function, replaces the DIP joint, and shields sensitive residual tissue. Each PIPDriver is custom-engineered and precisely fabricated to closely match the patient’s anatomy and replicate the natural movement of the finger.

Features

  • Custom-designed to fit comfortably and suit daily needs

  • Easy to don, doff, clean and care for

  • Slender and sleek design allows for wearing of multiple devices

  • Conforming silicone rubber tip pads resemble the natural fingertip

  • Lightweight titanium fasteners

  • Ten different color coating styles

MCPDriver

The MCPDriver is designed for individuals with amputations through the proximal phalanx. Designed to restore the middle and distal segments of the finger, this body-powered, articulating device enables patients to regain refined dexterity and natural hand function. The MCPDriver is highly effective in restoring pinch, key, cylindrical, and power grips—while also enhancing grip stability. Each device is custom-crafted with millimeter precision to replicate the intricate movements of a natural finger.

Features

  • Silicone backplate interface for increased comfort and protection.

  • Interchangeable suspension rings to allow the patient and prosthetists to find the ideal fit for the user.

  • Shims that can be added or removed to fine-tune the fit as needed by the patient due to volume fluctuation or preference.

  • Abduction/adduction washers allow the prosthetist to adjust the mechanical finger. The freedom of motion in this component helps the patient gain optimal grip.

  • Ten unique color choices and silicone backplate pairings allow patients to customize devices to meet their style preferences.

ThumbDriver

The ThumbDriver is engineered to restore natural thumb function through innovative design. It’s specialized anchor follows the patient’s natural CMC motion while offering a strong, stable structure to manage the high forces of thumb opposition. The tip includes an adjustable preflex and offers more subtle articulation than the MCPDriver. Each ThumbDriver is precisely custom-made to match the patient’s unique anatomy.

Designed to work seamlessly with the fingers, the ThumbDriver restores essential opposition movements by enabling IP joint flexion and tracking the thumb’s complex, multi-directional motion—reestablishing a wide range of functional grasps.

  • Interchangeable suspension rings to allow the patient and prosthetists to find the ideal fit for the user.

  • Shims that can be added or removed to fine-tune the fit as needed by the patient due to volume fluctuation or patient preference.

  • Abduction/adduction washers allow the prosthetist to adjust the mechanical finger. The freedom of motion in this component helps the patient gain optimal grip pattern.
